All CRM data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted.

What the extension does

CRM Helper for WhatsApp Web adds a small CRM panel next to WhatsApp Web. When you open a chat, it reads only the chat name and the phone number that are already visible in the conversation header, so it can pre-fill the CRM form for you.

What data is stored

• Contact name and phone number (as visible in the chat header, or as you type them)
• The lead status, notes, and follow-up date you enter

This data is stored exclusively in chrome.storage.local on your own computer.

What the extension does NOT do

• It does not send, upload, or transmit any data to any server.
• It does not read your message contents.
• It does not scrape chats or contacts in the background.
• It does not send WhatsApp messages or automate any clicks.
• It does not use analytics, tracking, cookies, or remote code.

Data removal

Use the Delete button in the panel to remove a single lead, or uninstall the extension to remove all stored data.

No data is shared with third parties. This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.
